Question: How do I make my protein shake Vegan/Vegetarian or Paleo friendly?

Answer: We have a pea based protein powder that is used as an alternative for our whey protein powder. Any shake that has granola can be removed to become vegan/vegetarian or paleo friendly.

Question: What type of oil does The Protein Source use?

Answer: Canola olive oil blend

Question: What is in the Source Veggie Mix?

Answer: Yellow Squash, Green Zucchini, Broccoli, Red and Green Bell Peppers

Question: What is in the Source Salad Mix?

Answer: Spinach, Chopped Kale, Carrots, Purple Cabbage and Chopped Romaine Lettuce

Question: How many grams of protein are in each scoop of protein?

Answer: Whey Protein = 24 grams

Answer: Veggie Protein = 22 grams

Additional protein comes from the rest of the fruits and vegetables combined in each shake.

Question: I have a gluten allergy. What is gluten free?

Answer: Everything on our menu is gluten free except for the

PANCAKES,

WAFFLES,

TERIYAKI SAUCE, (Made w/Soy Sauce)

TORTILLA,

BURGER BUNS,

9-GRAIN BREAD AND

GRANOLA.

We can make the burgers and wraps protein style with romaine lettuce and cabbage. If your sauce is paired with our house made Teriyaki Sauce please note that this sauce includes the ingrident Soy Sauce. Subsitutes are available upon request.

What meals does The Protein Source serve that are Vegan/Vegetarian friendly?

Answer:

Raw Juices – 100% vegan/vegetarian friendly

 

Protein Shakes – Replace whey protein with veggie protein ask for no granola.

 

For all other meals;

Order your meal without dairy.

Romaine lettuce can be a substituted for burger buns.

A cabbage wrap can be substituted for the whole-wheat tortilla on the grillers.

To make your meal vegan you have the option to replace any meat with our house made black-bean quinoa based patty.

Answer:

Source Scramble w/Sweet Potato and no cheese -
